                                                  MISSION STATEMENT
St. Rose of Lima School, as a ministry of the parish, serves the families of Franklin and surrounding areas by integrating Catholic faith with a comprehensive educational program for students in Pre-School through Grade 8. With Christ as our model, our dedicated professionals partner with parents to create a safe, nurturing, value-centered learning environment that ensures academic excellence. We provide our students with the knowledge, skills and experiences to reach their full potential.

St. Rose of Lima Catholic School opened its doors for the first time to Preschoolers and Kindergartners in August, 1994. Students attend St. Rose from areas around Franklin as well as nearby towns, including Trafalgar, Nineveh, Greenwood, Whiteland, Edinburgh and Indianapolis. Currently, St. Rose of Lima School educates about 20 0 students from Preschool through the Eighth grade.

We offer all State curricular areas as well as Art, P.E. and Electives classes. Our ISTEP passing rates are among the highest in the county and the Archdiocese. (Check out our Test Scores link!)

Our children participate in extra-curricular activities such as Kickball, Volleyball, Soccer, Cheerleading and Basketball. Special services are available for those with certain special needs.
